Meet The Team

Samantha Hill

Nursery Manager

Hello my name is Samantha but most people call me Sam.
I am the manager here at Cutie pies and started with the setting within it's first month of opening. I have a level 5 in leadership and management and a level 3 in childcare and education. I am also a Mother of two children ages 1 and 4 years old. All together I have been working in the childcare industry for 11 years. Most of this experience has been in the role of a nursery manager and I have had experience in many different types of settings. My biggest achievement in childcare was improving the standards in one of my previous nurseries from an Ofsted Inadequate to a good rating within my first 4 months of working in the setting.

I am passionate about offering high quality childcare to our families here at Cutie pies and this includes tailored care around each child's individual needs and learning and development.

I am the setting's designated safeguarding lead, first aid lead, health and safety officer and fire officer, I am also SENCO trained. 

My passions include my children, cooking healthy nutritious meals and messy play.

Jumoke Aloila-Peller

Deputy Manager

Hello my name is Jumoke but the children mainly call me Miss Jummy and I am the deputy manager here at Cutie pies.

I have been working with young children and babies for the past 20 years. In addition I have three beautiful children, two sons and a daughter. I am also a Grandma of twins grandsons and a granddaughter. I have also had experience working within the youth sector and with the elderly which has all helped to mould me into the practitioner I am today. I have my level 3 in childcare and education and a BA Honor's degree in play work and youth studies. 

My other training includes safeguarding training, first aid, SENCO, fire officer and health and safety.

My passions include singing, sports and planning social events. 

Chloe Campbell

Deputy Manager

Hi my name is Chloe and I am one of the deputy managers here at Cutie pies nursery.

I have been in the management field for around 4 years now having successfully run Ofsted good nurseries. I have my level 5 in leadership and management and my level 3 in childcare and education.

My other training includes: designated safeguarding lead, SENCO, first aid, prevent, FGM, fire officer and health and safety officer. 

My favourite age group to work with are the preschool children. I love setting up new challenging activities to help support their mathematics and literacy skills whilst introducing phonics and basic calculations. This helps to prepare them for there next stages in their development when they go off to school.

I also have a lot of experience working with SEN children writing support plans to be able to support their individual needs.

My passions include: teaching and learning and music.

Sinead Doherty

Nursery Practitioner

Hi my name is Sinead Doherty and I am one of the practitioners at Cutie pies.

I am currently nearing the completion of my level 2 in childcare and education and hope to then move on to study my level 3. I also have my paediatric first aid qualification.

I really enjoy working with the toddlers and preschool and engaging them in activities to help support their concentration, focus and attention. 

My passions include spending time with my friends and family, looking after my niece and listening to music.

Saule Khamzina

Nursery Practitioner

Additional languages spoken: Russian, Turkish and Kazakian- I also understand Ukrainian

Hello my name is Saule and I am one of the qualified practitioners here at Cutie pies. I hold my level 3 in childcare and education.

I really like working with the babies and toddlers and feel that I have lots of exciting activities which I can introduce to the children.

I am a mother of two teenage children and feel this helps me to be nurturing to the younger children.

My other training includes: Paediatric first aid training and a level 2 in catering and food hygiene training

My passions include: My 2 children, cooking and Judo.

Diaz Lee

Nursery Apprentice Practitioner

Hi my name is Diaz and I am currently working towards the completion of my childcare qualification. I enjoy setting up creative activities for the children to engage in such as painting and craft activities.

I like engaging the children in word and number associated games and to support them with their speech and numeracy skills.

My goal is to inspire the next generation and help them to build a love for learning.

My three passions include: Reading books, writing and the creative arts.

Clare Shannon

Nursery Practitioner

Hi my name is Clare and I am one of the qualified practitioners here at Cutie pies. I hold my level 3 in childcare and education.

I am a Mother of a one-year old little girl and I am really excited to have joint Cutie pies at the end of my Maternity leave.

I love working with all of the different age groups of children within the nursery as each group brings its own joys and challenges. At present you will find me based in the toddler room. I am really enjoying setting up new activities for the children and learning all about their interests and development.

My other training includes: Paediatric first aid training

My passions include: My little girl, keeping fit and being family orientated.

Chloe Gibbs

Nursery practitioner

Hi my name is Chloe (G) and I am one of the practitioners here at Cutie pies.

I am a mother of a little girl who is aged 1 year who has also joined us at the nursery.

I am level 2 qualified and looking to begin studying towards my level 3 in childcare. I have a few years' experience

I like the challenge that working with children brings, each day brings new and exciting things and I like learning along with the children.

My passions include: My little girl, listening to music and socializing  

Khateeba Shah

Hello my name is Khateeba.

I am level 3 qualified and currently working towards the completion of teaching degree which I am studying part time alongside working.

I have 5 years’ experience of working within the childcare sector, mainly in private nurseries and working for different agencies doing temp work.

I have a passion for working with children and believe that my input in working with children can make a change, helping to mould them into unique individuals.

My passions include: Completing my training to become a teacher, fashion and design and being family orientated
