I am so sad to be leaving Cutie Pies. During a period of significant change in my personal life, Cutie Pies has been incredible for my daughter, Peigí. Most importantly, the professionals in the rooms are genuinely caring, nurturing, and deeply supportive of her wellbeing and development. Every day she goes in happy, and on the couple of occasions when she was (very unusually) a little upset, I was really reassured by how much attention and care the staff gave the situation. Even the manager, Rehana, personally messaged me to acknowledge it and ask how they could support. Thankfully, those moments were rare, and I truly believe that’s because the team are so attentive and mindful of the children’s emotional wellbeing.

The entire baby room team are wonderful, but Peigí has spent the most time with Mary, who has been absolutely amazing.

The app is also great — we receive detailed weekly updates on Peigí’s progress, and I always know the team are easily contactable if I ever need a specific update. Cutie Pies are also brilliant at taking the children out on little adventures to local parks and facilities.

Lastly, Rehana and Gioya in the office are fantastic. It’s clear the nursery is extremely well managed, and that care and nurturing extend from the leadership right through to the children themselves.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for all the incredible care you’ve given Saul and Agnes over the last two years. From the early days in the Toddler Room, where you helped them to learn how to walk, talk and use a potty, to the more recent months in the Preschool Room, where they have begun to learn letters, numbers and how to write.

All the extra activities you’ve organised have been so much fun for the twins to be involved in, from the “beach day” and the trip to the Discovery Centre to the mum and dad breakfasts and trips to the park. And not forgetting the ordinary day-to-day activities - coming up with creative and fun ways to challenge and inspire everyone. The twins have been really lucky to have such kind and supportive staff around them each day, and we have been so happy to see them flourish under your care.

A huge thanks to everyone - you are AMAZING and we are so grateful for your dedication and hard work. Rehana, thanks for all the improvements you’ve made to Cutie Pies during your time here - we’ve really noticed a massive change for the good.

Thank you, is not enough to explain the gratitude and love I want to express to all the staff at Cutie Pies Stratford. Not only did my daughter learn so much but she was happy and joyfully every day. She was able to communicate to such a high level after just a year at the nursery. Being able to explain how she feels and what she has eaten was such a milestone. She will miss all the wonderful staff at Cutie Pies, especially her baby room staff, Amazing Mary, Wonderful Kalisha and lovely Jennifer. Also a big Thank you to the manager, Rehana and the whole management team, who always kept me up to date with everything but also the whole staffing team including the fantastic cook who always had time to speak to my daughter in the corridor. Cutie pies is not only a nursery but an outstanding foundation to start 1st steps into education through play and care. Thank you all and much love, joy and gratitude to you all xxx

As we reach the end of this year, even tho Iuri will still do some days. I want to take a moment to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the incredible care, love, and support you’ve shown our little one.

It has been so reassuring to know that each day, our child is welcomed into such a warm, nurturing, and happy environment. We’ve seen so many beautiful changes and milestones, and it’s clear that the time spent at nursery has played a huge part in his growth and confidence.

A very special thank you to Mary — your kindness, patience, and gentle nature have meant so much to us. You’ve truly made a lasting impression on our family. The love and attention you’ve given have made our child feel safe and valued, and for that, we’re incredibly grateful.

I would like to used this opportunity to appreciate the Nursey manager Mrs Rehana for the amazing job she’s doing in the Nursey, the last couple of weeks as being so challenge for my family. I approach the nursery for extra support for my son during this period and the Mrs Rehana work in hand with other professional working with family to ensure that I received the right support I need with my son during period. And am so grateful for that. Thanks you for the amazing job you are doing in the Nursey

 And my second feedback is about Mrs/Ms Rima Adlan key person, she’s an amazing person caring, and very supportive. She’s doing amazing work with Adlan and I can see it. I like how detail she’s when telling me about my son. Thank you Rima Adlan love you even if  he can’t express it my word. 

And to all other staffs as well you people are doing amazing work, and thank you for always put on that beautiful smile and taking care of all this gorgeous children with so much care, love and support. 

As I have already discuss with you about the suggestion of Adlan moving to Ronald Openshaw Nursey by the complex case team and SENCO because of his additional needs. And I have consider the idea and he will be starting with them in January 2025.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and attention my daughter has received at your nursery over the past two years. From the time she was just 6 months old until now, as she is over 2, the experience has been nothing short of amazing.

Leaving my baby in someone else's care was initially a daunting prospect, but the reassurance and confidence I felt with your staff made all the difference. I have never regretted the decision. The progress my daughter has made in her speech and behaviour is truly remarkable, and I attribute much of this to the nurturing environment you provide.

Your staff's dedication to ensuring that each child is attended to and happy is evident. As a mother, I understand the significant effort it takes to look after children, and I deeply appreciate the skill and training your team demonstrates in nurturing them with such care and attention.

I commend the management for their commitment to hiring and training the right staff, as it clearly reflects in the positive experiences we have had. My daughter is always excited to go to the nursery, and her happiness speaks volumes about the quality of care she receives.

A special thank you to the baby room staff and now the toddler room staff for their unwavering attention and care. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and I am sincerely grateful for the impact you have had on my daughter's early development.

I wanted to officially have on record my sincere praise and gratitude for your service and positive changes that you have (and still are) making to the nursery since your time as Manager. Safety and quality of care is paramount and you have strived to make these your priority. It is reassuring as a parent to know that my child is receiving the best care in a quality provision.

Secondly I would like to thank Samira, toddler room leader as she provides a high-level of care to the children and it is clear that she acts from the heart. I appreciate her level of competence and concern, as well as her skill set as room leader. I feel reassured knowing my child is under Samira’s care and management of the room.

I truly cannot thank you and the entire team at Cutie Pies enough for the incredible care, love, and dedication you have shown to Alvin. From the very beginning, the nursery has been nothing short of excellent. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion of the staff make Cutie Pies such a special place. It is clear that the children are not just cared for, but truly cherished.

The management has been outstanding — organised, supportive, approachable, and always willing to listen. Your leadership reflects in the high standards, nurturing environment, and the happiness we see in our children every single day. Alvin has grown so much socially, emotionally, and improvement in his communication counting skills etc during his time with you, and we are deeply grateful for the strong foundation you have helped build.

Choosing to move him was purely for practical reasons, to make school runs easier and keep both brothers together. It was not an easy decision because Cutie Pies has set such a high standard.

We are also pleased to share that his younger brother, Aldric Esezobor, will be joining Cutie Pies in September. This gives us great comfort knowing he too will be in such a nurturing, safe, and excellent environment.

Thank you again for everything you have done for our family. We will always speak highly of the nursery and the amazing management and staff. You have made a lasting impact on Alexander & Alvin’s early years, and for that we are sincerely grateful.

We LOVED cutie pies and was so sad to leave when we moved out of london. Our daughter was so happy there and the staff are all lovely. She settled in really quickly (having never been to nursery before and barely been away from us because of lockdown). Sam, the manager, is brilliant and always makes time for you. Cutie Pies made the transition from first time mum back into work so smooth. I was so impressed with the range of interesting and varied activities they do every day and the big focus of learning through play. Best nursery. My 3 years old loves it there. It only took him 2 days to stop crying for me when i leave him in the morning,which was amazing. We wanted to say thank you for caring for my daughter, she was only 9 months when she started and we were so worried as it is natural, however we have been happy with the care she receives, all aspects of her development have been well supported and it is always documented through the App Baby Days, we can log in at any time and see what they did on the day. Also in the end of the day, they tell us what my daughter did. The staff always greet us with big smiles, and is amazing to see the interaction between my daughter and the team, I’m feel very much relaxed to leave her in their care. We had to leave Cutie Pies due to us moving out of London, our daughter went there for about 10 months and absolutely loved it. She has learnt and grown so much since being there. She started off very shy and timid and has completely flourished, we're so sad to leave. Her key worker Diaz is her absolute idol and all the other members of staff are so wonderful. I'd really recommend sending your child to Cutie Pies if you're looking for a happy, affordable and secure environment for your child to flourish.

We are so happy with our experience of Cutie Pies where our daughter has been for a year and a half now. The staff put so much fun and kindness and imagination into what they do. She is so happy, learns so much each day and loves her teachers and friends. It feels very personal like every child is known well and understood as an individual. The communication is brilliant with an app and emails working very smoothly. I love hearing what they get up to. How they've navigated this c-19 rollercoaster is beyond me but they've made it look easy. The nursery manager is brilliant and so lovely to deal with. The garden is massive and rooms are big. I like the fact the setting is set back from the road.
